All orders have to be accepted by the registered office of the seller. Orders become definitive only after this acceptance. Sales are made in Pontarlier, address of the seller. Goods will be invoiced according to our current prices when shipped. We keep the right to change the quantities ordered according to our packaging.
1* Prices
All prices are in Pounds Sterling unless stated otherwise, exclusive of any taxes and duties
2* Production lead time
Approximately 15 days from order.
Orders receive written conformation of estimated delivery time per item.
3* Terms of payment
First payment made on order. Payment terms are by bank transfer, net 30 days (date of invoice). If payment terms are not respected, further deliveries will be postponed until the balance due is paid. Moreover 1,5% interest per month will be applied.
4* Shipments
Our goods are sold from our warehouse and are forwarded at the customer's risks. Shipping date will be advised by seller. In case of delay, the customer does not have the right neither to cancel his order nor to ask for compensation. Verification of the shipment remains the responsability of the customer upon receipt of the goods. All claims must be reported to the transport forwarder within 3 days by a letter sent return-receipt.
5* Backorders
Unless otherwise requested by the customer the balance of partial shipments will remain in backorder. The backorder will be sent as soon as possible. For small quantities, seller will ship with the next order.
6* Returned goods
Goods can only be returned at customer's costs.
7* Property rights + risks
All merchandise remain our property until invoices are fully paid. Purchaser accepts all risks arising from the merchandise.
8* Place of Jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction regarding any controversy, dispute or claim arising out of or related to this contract or breach thereof will be the 'Tribunal de Commerce de Besançon, FRANCE'.
